Injured her back years ago in a “friendly” softball game (picture George running over Bette). Glad I wasn’t there. I would have done some prison time after they pried the bat out of my hand. She slipped a couple of years back while on vacation and fell on her tailbone. It flared up again. She swears the mat helps her. It may be psychological or real. I don’t know. But, it makes her feel better.

I was reading about it on WMD. I am not sold that it is nonsense. There might be some benefits. I didn't realize what a big business it is either.

Kinda sorta but not All In. APM is a big fan of semi-barefoot shoes.

By semi I mean Altras for running and working out, Lems for work.
Neither of these are "hardcore" barefoot shoes although I do have one cheap Chinese pair of those as well. The problem with true barefoot is they have not cushioning in the soles. I can't do that living here in the mountains.
My "barefoot" is zero drop, wide toe box. And I am never going back.
The hardcore grounders walk barefoot on the actual ground daily and wear shoes with a hole in them to get the vibes of the earth.
APM is not a hippie. A stoner, yes. But not a hippie.

But they stayed drunk with me for the last week.
I asked them "Do you really think SEED OILS are going to be what takes you out? You were smoking a Chinese weed pen doing tequila shots last night"

Kind of like when I threw my dogs ashes in the Intracoastal Waterway. I told my friend that I felt bad because my dog hates water. It was a beautiful spot, but he did hate water. My friend reminded me that he probably would have hated being incinerated in an oven too, so don't worry about the water.

I currently sleep with some strange slip cover at my feet.

My wife discovered it while thoroughly investigating some social media bullcrap. It does nothing and isn’t even as flavorful as açaí. As soon as I finish my cabbage soup I may go rip it off of the bed. But I will be sure to remove all of my copper bracelets first. Let just hope lightning doesn’t strike the ground near my home and some how electricity makes it through the smallest little wire ever and kill us all. I’m not overly concerned though, I doubt there’s even an ounce of conductive metal in that irritating foot blanket or the tiny plug. I argued at first, but then realized that it’s an easy L to take as long as the bed gets made every day. I’m grounded at night!
