1. Orchestrate a full merger between ACC, Big12, and PAC 2
2. Dissolve the ACC, Big12, and PAC 2 in process
3. Negotiate a Media Rights Deal with Fox and Amazon
For the new “Coast to Coast Conference” - CCC
4. Split CCC into divisions based on Geography and common sense

I am on some pain killers at present and my idea makes perfect sense. Pain killers could be could be impacting my cognitive skills …..

If FSU's attorneys are correct, it won't matter to Clemson.

They are saying that if a school pays their buyout and exits the conference, they are no longer subject to the ACC GOR.

Apparently, in their discovery, FSU's attorneys have uncovered a smoking gun.
Swoff's intent was apparently to keep Clemson and FSU from having their own TV deals for football like Texas had with the Longhorn Network.

If that's the case, non conference members are t bound by the GOR once they pay the buyout.

I don't know how this will play out, but the argument seems to have merit.
