Rogers never admitted guilt..Just worried about his truck in security video..so

He probably doesn't feel he's got to apologize to Clemson..and if it wasn't for the video & the one key witness against him (who really saw nothing concrete it appears, just heard comments from the accused)..Rogers would be Scott free with no skin off his teeth.
As it is..he got slap on the wrist, some community service, some high attorney fees and gets to keep the supposedly "worthless" RocKChip forever.
GeeZ...what with his invasion of DV & partial destruction of a major college sculpture in Howard's Rock (maybe equal or as well known as ND's #1 finger Moses sculpture)..this PUNK has made theft history & unsettled tens of thousands of Clemson Fans!
If this wasn't enough..another criminal took a sledge hammer to the case soon afterwards..and if he had been more successful he would have leveled The Rock into a zillion pieces..with glee.
Better be ready for this to happen in years to come.
Clemson upped their security, the fact that the most recent attack the guy could not get to the rock because the case did not shatter and the case did its job.
I think they also put monitors down as well.
The only other thing left is to just remove it and only let it out for games & special events. Is that what you want?
Oh, the little criminal failed to apologize or return the piece, if he still has it. Who knows.
I would not call it theft history and some really need to calm down. If Clemson had done a better job with security this guy could have been caught in the act or, like the recent attack, could not break the casing. Instead, it was cheap plexi-glass and cameras that either did not work or were not turned to the actual rock.
Unless you want to remain "unsettled" then maybe just let the AD's office know that the rock should just be locked inside until games or events. That would solve the problem right there.
