Is PJ Hall regressing under CBB?

I just looked it up, because I didn’t believe it, but PJ’s rebounds, assists, blocks, and points per game are all down this season. You have to wonder if other coaches are using this against us on the recruiting trail. I hope this is not the case. Even a CBB supporter like me can admit this is the last thing he needs right now.

I'm not sure you can put it anywhere else but coaching. Hall is obviously putting in his best effort. Coaching has to be a role to some degree in his opportunities/output.

in support of Coach Brownell if we want to continue recruiting at a high level. You would be surprised how far a 5-year contract extension can go in so far as shoring up commitments.

This is absolutely stupid to post.
So if PJ Hall is regressing and that is coaching, then what about Hunter Tyson's play that is way above his career so far?
PJ is playing as good as ever. Many stats are lower due to limited play and recovering from injury as well as ther players stepping up.
This is what I hate about so many Clemson fans when it comes to Clemson basketball. Pure lack of realistic perspective.
Here is where you can gripe about coaching and BB tonight.
(1) He did not manage the game smartly in terms of calling Time Out earlier in the first half and earlier in second half.
(2) He did not manage their emotions and chaos during the game. He should have settled a few of them down. PJ was rushing some shots when he drove to the basket. Chase was rattled becaue UVA's point guard was pestering the crap out of Chase. Hunter was way off from three. The team look rished, frantic and trying to do too much.
(3) This game was going to be decided by less than 7 points. UVA plays stifling defense. They were not going to wilt and let a team beat them by 10+ at home. Clemson had played way about average offenively in last two games. That would not continue. May come back vs Notre Dame.
So COach BB needed to not have stupid mistakes early, which the team did: idiotic passes, bad dribbling, missed opportunities. We saw UVA get six points in first half off of Clemson players not playing loose and relaxed. Just frantic miscues. There were others throughout the game.
But they were the difference.
This had nothing to do with player development.

Perspective?
It’s like we are looking out of 2 different pieces of glass.
Most have perspective and the 10 plus years have given us a very clear one. Again this is not about one game or this season. The same shizz you brought up as issues tonight have been the same issues we have had for years. It may be the pep band, student seating issues inside LJ or we are millions behind other schools in spending.
Some perceive this is as good as it gets and some expect better.

It’s concerning. I’m sure this is something Brad is working to correct.
Watson, Lawrence, and DJ all regressed under Streeter and we saw how Neff handled him.
Our AD has clearly set the bar when it comes to expectations for our star players in all sports.
I don’t think I even have to mention Monte.

I don’t think so.
I do think that Brad has never had interest in inside game. A different coach would probably do more to get him the ball and run the offense thru him - but that is not Brad. Brad is a mid major coach and coaches that way. Shoot lots of 3s and if they go in - you look great. But big boy basketball is about balance. Inside game gets you easy baskets, to the free throw line, rebounds. So when the 3s stop going in, you can get inside. But you can’t do that unless you coach that as part of the offense.

His minutes were down at the beginning of the year due to injury rehab.
Also, Schieffelin and Hunter have made huge strides as rebounders. I'm sure they have taken some of his rebounding numbers.
Coach K calls Hall the most improved player in the country.
