you're basically indirectly saying that your players are really good and talented enough to be able to go pro early..so it's good recruiting I think

Having NFL talent on the team sucks, you're right. We should go back to Wake Forest level recruiting. Winning and championships are so overrated.

Isn't it wonderful?
I'd rather have every player on our current roster for three years than every player from 10 years ago for five years.
We really shouldn't have any more James Davis, CJ Spiller drama going forward. A stud goes pro, his departure shouldn't cause the team to drop. Next man up! (With apologies to Coach V, who pretends to not like that phrase but knows it's true.)

I wholeheartedly agree. USuck is clearly beating us in this regard. And not only are they able to fill the cupboards with guys that have no other option than to stay there as long as possible, but their players seem to have a drive and perseverance about them that allows them to push through anything (legal issues, misconduct, failing grades, etc.) regardless of how many times those pesky parts of life show themselves. It's almost as if nothing can pry them out of there. While our guys seem to just hit the road if they fail only a few times. We desperately need to do something about this.
