Priest hitting into double play with bases loaded and only one out when up 5-4.
Or
Malstedt coming in from bullpen and back to back nights giving up a run to first batter he faces that tied it 5-5.
Or
Allen plucking two batters in a row with bases loaded and two outs scoring extra insurance runs making a comeback improbable
Or
bases loaded strike out/foul tip out by Creighton with tying run on first base

Priest is just awful... doesn't matter what day. Smacking that gum and whiffing away. LOL Maybe he gets NIL deals from double bubble gum or a deal from Lucky Strikes. 🤷

Paino at least plays defense.

I thought the worse was when we had them 2 outs and tied at 5. We had momentum then Bam, bases loaded and batting practice galore.

Easy. Bakich taking out Garris
I mean, we know priest sucks. This is nothing new.
We know Joe Allen has so much movement He hits a lot of batters.
Really didn’t think Creighton would go down like that so disappointing. taking out hot arms is something that should never happen and he’s done it back to back nights and that is easily the worst part of the game because he chose to do that. Colin Priest can’t help that he sucks. He tried to get a base hit. He didn’t choose to hit into a double play. He just can’t help it. Bakich it is making idiotic coaching decisions that are costing the team.

Overusing LM as always.

Not giving more players deeper looks in the regular season to have confidence in them to hit for guys like Priest, Paino, or Purify...
