I made custom cornhole boards. Anybody else got cool ones?

Hand-painted these several years ago and coated them with bunches of Minwax Polycrylic. I printed the graphic on a transparency, snuck the boards into the MUSC library one night, and used a projector to magnify it so I could trace it out before painting. #bestisthestandard

Yeah I have re-worked several old fans like that - big decorator items even if they're nonfunctional, but I rewire mine and make 'em run like a dream! I love older American craftsmanship of any kind...

Those look great......BUTT. When I was 58 the greatest job I had ever had locked it doors. While scared, I was skilled. Being old, I took the first thing I found.....an Electronics Technician in a MaxCon Prison in NC. After that job I have never been able to play cornhole because it wasn't a game where I worked, it was a way of life. Pee Yew!!!

I think that particular variant of cornhole is the one where you lose the game when somebody hits the hole? I'll stick to the tailgate version, although I'm sure there's a play on words to be exploited there as well...

These are mine. I have had them for about 6 years now. I have a matching score board with cup holders that go with them as well. Wouldn’t be a good tailgate without cornhole boards.

When you drilled the cornhole , did you use any special technical support or were you just right over that thing bearing down ?

Although a few unsavory characters offered to drill my cornhole after checking out the wood I was working with, I elected to drill my own cornhole, which was admittedly difficult. I find now that I appreciate my cornhole more having drilled it myself. #workwithyourhands

I bought some forstner bits a while back. Gonna have some fun with those soon. A biscuit cutter too. I'm too timid to just jump in though. I need to get my hands dirty.
