Had no problem getting the story open and honestly, I thought the answer was very enlightening... it doesn’t take much to go from being 11-1 to 8-4. Case in point, just ask Fla St.
We have imo been very spoiled at Clemson lately due to our training and conditioning as well as transfers or duds. Just the opposite. I say opposite because I’m not talking about the ones that graduated and go play elsewhere. Other than those, just fruit fly Morgan, and now Belk and HJ.
I would love to see Mickey dig deeper and perhaps some interviews from the coaches on how they intend to combat this growing trend.

Great analysis. I’d just add one more evaluation point and that is the number of games in a “season”. Long ago when I was a senior, Clemson won the ACC with a 6-4 record. I’m not a math major, but that is 10 Games. If we have hoped for success, it can be a 15 game season. That’s 1/3rd more games than “back in the day.” IMHO players need to be told they are helping win “The Rings” that everybody on the team gets, right!? Maybe that’s not enuf, but a 14/15 game season is hard and unpredictable! They also serve who only sit and wait!

My thoughts after reading this....
UGA does not seem to have a problem with depth, and transfers don’t seem to be an issue for them.
