use 1st round, 2nd round, 3rd round, 4th round, and any other picks left on OFFENSIVE LINEMAN or sign some studs in free agency.
Trevor, Travis, and that receiver crew would be successful with a better Oline. Yes Trevor still is shaky at times and misses guys, but he is under so much pressure many times that it makes it hard to just blame him even though some throws are very errant.
Losing season here, get a great OT 1st round and go from there. You can build through the draft, and I see that being the most glaring issue....that defense is a bit off as well

His sacks and strip sack are down this year. Offense is 20th in the leaague in pts/game. Glaring issue is the defense. They are 29th in pts/game allowed and in the fourth quarter I would guess last in the league. It will take years to upgrade this team. If Patrick Mahomes or Josh Allen were the QB they might have one more win. Vocal minority of the fan base has soured on T Law since they are so bad. They expected him to carry them. Most fans however, realize it's a bad team with less than optimum coaching.

Honestly, I'd consider surgery and shutting it down if I was TL and getting healthy for next year.
You're 2-7, dead last, and your only hope of turning it around is to go on a run and hope for either a wild card bid or that Houston has a collapse and Jags win the division.
Looking at their schedule, they've got two definite underdog games and a bunch of toss-ups.

The Texans and Jets are a loss if Tlaw is out. Even if he was in their defense is not good. I say tank the rest of the year and get some olinemen in the draft and FA.

Agree with this take. Stack the picks and probably reboot the coaching staff.
I wanted to believe in Doug Pederson but he appears in the same vein as Jeff Fischer. One great season mixed with a bunch of average ones where they are fighting for a wild card spot more times than not.

It's a tragedy when an owner gets a QB like he has in Trevor and refuses to get the other tools that is a must to allow him to be highly successful!!!
