I'll start things off right around 9:00 a.m. with a Bloody Mary while snorting a line of red fire ants.
Around Noon, I plan on having a couple of perfectly smoked Ribs, a pulled pork sammich and two sticks of dynamite.
Come 6:00 p.m., I'll be chewing nails and drinking double shots of ammonia!

A 14" cast iron skillet with 1/4 cup of bacon drippings, fresh from the garden 2 onions, 1 green peppers, 2 heirloom tomatoes, 3@4" early squash, drippings of half a clove of garlic, 1/2 lb of sliced prime beef and the west end of an east bound english bulldog skinned, well dressed, sliced and diced late that evening.
Simmered on the field in the real Death Valley by Dabo assisted by The Chad and Coach Venables using the Clemson Tigers Football Team for heat.

I can't decide.
I'll definitely be grilling, just not sure what I want to do...Burgers? Chicken and Brauts? Maybe some surf and turf? Kabobs? Since it's a night game, maybe a slow cook (but I'm not really too sure how to do that).
I'll absolutely have some good beer too, and maybe some crap beer for the long haul. Most likely some IPA (perhaps Bells Two Hearted Ale), some Fall / Pumpkin Beer (pumpkins are Orange, so that's good mojo), and some Miller Lites for the quantity type of beers.
I'm sure I'll have a whiskey, probably a bourbon of some sort (maybe Buffalo Trace - CJ is a Buffalo Bill, so that's good mojo too), for sipping.
