Best case scenario:
No need, as UNC's defense has been the 'get right' game for everyone they've played this year.
Worst case scenario:
Even against a bad defense we go into the 'shell' offense to protect against fumbles/INTs. Short passes at or behind the LOS, QB draw and few touches to the RB corps.
Eventually our defense breaks, because UNC can score but our offense isn't built to come from behind.

I think the problem is fans see this offense actually look good (or better) when we run tempo, go back to how many games we have scored and moved it well in the two minute offense before the half… we get the ball out and run with some tempo and it works , dj has even made comments how he’s comfortable doing that and goin quick… I think it takes the sitting back in the pocket and making reads out of it for him and this offense works. Look at the Miami game the first couple drives were faster and had a lot of motion and misdirection and then we got two quarters without it and struggle… I wanna know why we don’t run that more it seems to work but with other plays that work we seem to never go back to em

Of course, its after the fact now, but we saw it a couple of times during the season too. Streeter broke open the play book when Cade went in. The play book was a lot smaller when DJ was in there. DJ was just not capable of running the same plays as Cade.
