I thought it was handled about the only way you could handle it...at least dabo didnt go off complete seniority like Tommy did.

You go with the guy that had the hot hand in the Georgia game and not say a million times that Cole is the starter only to bench him after 3 series where he didn't even play near as bad as he did against Georgia.
I mean I agree with the decision to start Watson 100%, just saying that nobody can blame Cole for being upset considering how it was handled.

He's lucky he got the playing time that he did. Fans saw it and the coaches wouldn't admit it. Watson is BETTER, PERIOD.

When your HC and OC sit their and parrot for 2 weeks that you're the starter no ands ifs or buts and you play 3 series in the biggest game of the year and sit the bench the rest of the night...How could he not be upset?

It was handled great. The coaching staff gave cole the opportunity and he did not take advantage of it.
