Two peas in a pod. How many Clemson practices have either of these talking heads attended ? How many games have either of these two people coached? When they win their first game against SC State I will value their opinion.

Like it or not, he is right. We have a problem with the offensive line and wit personnel changes it has shown up in a big way. Give them a little grace because everyone was in a "new spot" but I didnt see that kind of problem in another team all weekend. We have not been good there for a while. We recruit incredible talent and still there are no holes to run through. Play calling and scheme have to improve because the teams with equal talent are getting the best of us. We have now lost consecutive games to LSU, Ohio State, Alabama, and Georgia. Good teams that we should have looked better against. Let's face it, we can't block at the line of scrimmage.

So now the Ohio State loss is on the O-line and not on the defense... got it...
we beat Alabama last time we played them, remember the greatest football team of all time, Clemson should just stay home, best defense Ev-uh ... Santa Clara... in a Natty
LSU - Joe Burrow played as well as any QB ever played.... in a Natty after beating Ohio State 31-0.. what a crappy season...
Georgia - we got beat by an extremely good defense... their D beat our D 7-0... on single play that was on Justin Ross not on the O-line... were their breakdowns? sure... is the sky falling? Please.

They’re not even in the same area code. Feinbaum is a shock jock wanna be Howard Stern who in reality is the Jerry Springer of college football. Luginbill is the son of a coach who played at GT and has coached several years in minor football leagues. While not even small college football it is still coaching. Also he’s been to Clemson many times including broadcasting our spring game so I would be surprised if he hasn’t been to a least a few of our practices. I didn’t read his comments, so not agreeing or disagreeing with what he said, just saying you can’t dismiss him as a no knowledge homer just cause you don’t like his opinion.

You need to go read the man’s résumé.
Do you watch Packer and Durham? Clearly not!
And of course Dabo is always honest about injuries and weaknesses on our team! All I ever hear from Dabo is being a cheerleader. Sometimes you need more than that.

A cheerleader? So now we are talking #### about Dabo? You sound like a ####### clown bro. We lost one game. Ohio state had played half the games we had. They were healthier by far. Quit being a cuck. I hope I remember this if we make the playoffs so I can call your clown ### out

We are one team that stands a chance to beat the sec and the espn pundits are trying to brainwash recruits that Clemson is not the place to be.

He is an excellent person and he knows what he’s talking about. You people think Clemson can do no wrong. Some of you people have a religious dogma for Dabo and all things Clemson and it’s quite disturbing. You couldn’t see the truth if it was shoved up your butt.

Couldn't agree more. Everyone knows our offensive schemes are played and our line is bad so what will Dabo do as our leader

Really like him. Clemson fans will bash him but it wasn’t to long ago he said we had the deepest QB room in the nation.
He talked to me and a friend at a spring game for five or ten minutes without acting like he needed to go.
I’m not saying he’s always right but I do appreciate and respect his opinion.

Have no problem with his comments. Unlike others he puts forth a legitimate analysis based on facts and true observations of our games. He did say until we straighten out our O-line issues we will continue to struggle and our D will have to carry the team. We have good talent on the o-line and they are underachieving. UGA has a great D-line but they will not have that much success against other highly ranked opponents IMO.

We aren’t necessarily in trouble as far as putting forth a solids win loss record due to the fact that our schedule is horrendous. But make no mistake, we aren’t in Alabama’s league right now , and neither is Georgia. Alabama would have blown Georgia off the field Saturday night

I agree. Not to take anything away from our defense but I was not impressed with UGA offensively. They didn’t have to do much but we gave them a ton of possessions and they struggled. Bama would beat them by 20 imo. Similar to last year.
NC State played well against USF and should present a real challenge. If FSU continues to improve and Milton is their Qb they will not be an easy out either.

Good job CNN! Fake news!
Do you think if we don’t fix our problems we’re going very far this year? Do you think we’re gonna be in the playoffs and have any chance if we don’t fix our problems? What game were you watching Saturday night?

the playoffs. Our defense will absolutely suffocate anyone we play and our offense can put points on the board against defenses that aren't Georgia on our schedule. I'm not saying we will go undefeated playing like we did, but it wouldn't shock me.
The problem is that we would get killed in the playoffs...and that of course is not the goal.
I really feel like people are overstating some of the issues. I do think our OC needs to take a hard look at his tendencies...giving up on the run, etc. But I have full faith that DJ will loosen up and play well...he looked so confused this weekend but he looked poised and sharp in South Bend playing #4 Notre Dame a year ago. I think it is more reasonable to say he had a bad game than to say that last year was an anomaly.
Not to knock GT, but they don't look good at all. I think we have two solid weeks to play loose, work some things out (commit to a running game, tighten up on routes, etc) before playing a solid NCSU team. I think we'll get it figured out.

can think that we aren't in trouble.
That was a really really bad offensive performance. It was the worst offensive performance by Clemson in a very long time.
It's not like we struggled to score 30 points, or even 20 points, against a really good defense.
We scored 3 points!
That's really bad, no matter who you are playing.
The concerning thing is that we have multiple 5-star recruits who played meaningful snaps in that game. We have plenty of talent based on recruiting profiles.
Thus, the concern is that our talent isn't what we thought it was, our coaching isn't what we thought it was, or both.
The issue is compounded by the fact that this wasn't a rare poor performance against a good team. We've had poor performances against top teams more often than not lately.
Expect these doubts to continue throughout the season unless we show that we can consistently score on good teams.
I believe we have an amazing coaching staff that is capable of finding solutions. I also believe that we have a lot of talent on offense. But it's painfully obvious that our team has a lot of work to do in order to get us where we need to be in order to compete for a playoff berth.

Well, UGA was missing several key players on offense.
Sep 8, 2021, 2:37 PM

Don't you think they might have made a difference?
I think UGA's offense will improve significantly with those players back.
I don't think Georgia is an elite team though. I predict that they will lose at least 2 games this year.

Keep in mind UGA has the easiest schedule in the SEC. They could lose to Florida but I don’t see an L anywhere else until the SEC title game. If they make it.
