Why not 20 heck even 50? If we are going to be force to make everything right that happened in the past then anyone who is not a native American should pack your bags.
Let’s return all of their land and everyone from any other country start paying them rent for where you live.

There's a 4-year statute of limitations, apparently. The lawsuit was filed in 2020, so it only goes back to 2016.
