why would you need to hide/disguise a cooler full of beer in your workshop or patio?
More useful for 17 year olds than anybody else, to hide it from mom.

Useless. A case of Hazy in a cooler that sucks, that ice will melt WAY before

ice aint staying frozen overnight. Still got no way to empty the water once the ice eventually melts anyways.
The invention sucks.

I've got one of those cube coolers that the wheels fell off. It does fine. I also remember that we hardly every have people over so why do I need such a thing.

You can buy one of those on sale for like $125-150.
Why take up a day+ of your time building one that is no better to save a buck or two?

One may not even save a buck or two, may hope to sell one.

But building stuff like that doesn't "take up a day" for most people building it. It is what they want to be doing with the spare time.

I guess I'm looking at it like this

I totally get hobbies. A lot of people would ask a similar question about changing my oil. I enjoy it even though I could pay someone $100 to do it for me.
But that's an oil change. The car needs it, so I do it. I wouldn't take that time and do something else mechanical like rebuilding the transmission, because the car needs an oil change.
With woodworking/carpentry (and all credit to those who have real skills there---I don't), I can think of 400 projects around my house that I could use those same skills for and get the same satisfaction before using that time and material cost to build something identical that I could buy for the same price or cheaper.

OR are doing this to avoid doing the stuff around the house. As for me, I'm still quite green. I have all the tools needed to redo all of my baseboards in this old house, but I'm scared of making it worse than it is now. Somebody did a lot of DIY around here with just what they could find. I try to hide it with clutter.
