I would be thrilled with the Raiders, but they won't be bad enough to draft him. I should have included the Panthers on that list.

Nobody is tanking the season. You can't tell professional athletes to intentionally lose games so you can be in a better position to draft their replacements. Now you can trade off all your value assets and put less than ideal talent on the field, but the Dolphins did that last year and still ended up winning 5 games and getting the #5 pick. Tanking doesn't exist.

Let me put it a different way. Their best player is on injured reserve (Christian McCaffery). they may not win a game until he returns and don't know how many games will be left in the season. That maybe not your meaning of tanking the season.

Doubt my Titans would draft him, so I would say:
Carolina
Atlanta - Heard this may actually be a possibility. Ryan can't have that many years left. GA boy playing in his home state would be a constant sellout.
Raiders - would love to see him run Clemson West Coast, but I think they're doing ok and Carr is decent.
Jacksonville - Never cared for them, but I could pull for them on the side if need be.
Yuck:
Broncos - will have even more comparisons to Manning. Probably too many.
Washington - yuck.
NYG - Nah. Can't pull for them either.
Jets - I think this could be worse than DW4's situation in Houston. I do like their new old jerseys though.

They shouldn't, but with trades, Covid, and an aging QB, who knows? The tank for Trevor may truly get started later, if teams actually do that.

I'm rooting for the Panthers. I would love for TL to stay close to home - and I think Carolina can build towards a championship.
Then the Broncos and the Giants (although I think they have their QB for the future)
