"My pleasure" is the standard used by women in South Africa. I have always found that to be very courteous and sincere.

For us old folks it is always "you're welcome" but that has gone down the tubes with "yes mam and yes sir" and cursive writing.

If it's a regular situation, a simple "you're welcome", "any time", or "my pleasure" works.
On the other hand, if someone thanks me for doing something any decent human being would do, I usually reply with "no thanks necessary".
