Once they got near range they got all conservative. I'd let Stroud run it.

Yes way too conservative. I think they should have shot for a touchdown. I would rather do that than relied on a kicker to make such a pressurized kick ?

Especially from 50 yards. He over kicked it. Typical with that much pressure

It looked like he didn’t plant his left foot well. There were several instances where players seemed to slip on the Artificial turf.

As a UNC grad I always say nobody in college football is more creative at losing football games than the Heels. Now we can even lose vicariously. The OSU kicker ( Ruggles) is a grad transfer from UNC. But seriously I feel really bad for that kid.

It was, but cut the kid a break. Even NFL kickers sometimes

miss. I shudder to think what the trajectory of OUR program might have been, had Catman missed that kick against LSU in 2012. Nothing is sure in this life except that you die to get to the next place.

Not everyone can make a game winning field goal with time running out like you can. Might want to have a bit of sympathy for the kid. Just saying...
