You talking about Gaffney?? That was a strike imo. Either way, it was waaay too close not to swing. If I'm EB, Gaffney sits the rest of the week.

That pitch was too close to take. You can’t leave it up to the ump to get a call. You at least got to foul it off & see another pitch. That’s on Gaffney not the ump.

Nope, Gaffney couldn't get the bat off his shoulder. Swung at 2 bad pitches and waved at the best one as it went by. Listi, begging for a walk wouldn't swing either until he had too.

I think you’re both right, questionable calls, but Gaffney chased when he didn’t need to and didn’t guard the plate when he should have. There’s a lot of baseball left to play, let’s see if we can complete the comeback.
