We have much to prove this year and not much chance to do until we play NC State. If we check all the boxes until the State game, we will be in position to impress and start moving up.

we will shoot up to the top 3. Thats all everyone is waiting on. Defensively I believe we'll compete with anyone. Offensively was such a unbelievable struggle for Clemson last year.

We're 6th, right next to 5th, in a metric-based poll that will change again by August by nature, not to mention the highest-ranked team in the league (again).

Oklahoma moves up ahead of Clemson? The Sooners have a new head coach who has never coached his own program before (and is obviously filling his new home with unoriginal words) and no proven quarterback. Say what you want but DJ has always had the talent- last year he got us to 10 wins was like Tiger Woods finishing a major. I’ll take Clemson and it’s upward trajectory all year.

A healthy Tiger team will be a contender. Last year they were NOT close to 100 per cent and had issues at QB. Amazing that they won TEN games. You know and I know that IF the QB play improves dramatically and Shipley is at full speed the Tigers will be a top five team . If the Tigers can score 25 plus, they will win because no one is going to score big on this D!

I'll listen, but I do agree with Clemson being the highest-rated team in the league and on the schedule outright.
