Just like Twitter reacted to Dan Lanning last night. That has been the only reaction for both coaches. No credible sources are reporting any real news for either one.

If you think what is happening to OK want happen to Clemson then your under a rock somewhere. We can look back on 2021 being a high water mark….i hate to say it but were going down like a fat kid on a seesaw. Love my tigers with all my heart but if this comes to pass were back to 2013 in a flash

Probably wanted CDS fired when he couldn't get past SC. (7-0 streak now). Dabo can (and will) right the ship. you can't tell me he hasn't been preparing for today. Me thinks he has a new DC named by weeks end because he is waaaay ahead of us. A good guess would be from within the current staff. I'm quite certain he had someone shadowing CBV for years learning the craft.
I see it: we are setting up for one of the greatest comebacks in the coming years that will leave all of you questioning why you doubted. Dabo will show all of the Paul Finebaum media pinheads that this is just a bump in the road. We will be back to prove something. Stories will be written that extol CDS ability to use bumps in the road/negative press/ROY bus as motivation to climb the mountain.
Ye of little faith.

Dude. How long have you been a Clemson fan? We have historically had very solid defenses. We BV leaving have an impact? Somewhat, but it is not like Dabo will not make a good hire.
Defense will be fine.

Great opportunity and very well deserved. We were lucky to have him for so long. Whether he will be happy doing all the head coach stuff remains to be seen. He had his best deal at Clemson, big money and limited responsibilities. At OU he will get much bigger money, but will he be as happy? Time will tell.

Sorry but until he actually leaves I’m not buying any of it. He’s been out recruiting all week with other Clemson coaches. Tyler’s still on the team. Heck 14 hours ago Dan Lanning was supposed to be the coach. Oh and Oklahoma as a whole did him dirty last time so why go back to a place where you weren’t appreciated the first time? Hopefully he’s not leaving.

If Coach BV leaves for an HC job, I guess we can padlock the gates to Death Valley….LMAO DABO is not stupid and as someone said he has been preparing for this and we, Clemson will be FIne. We may have some transition stuff, but we will rebound and be back at the Top sooner rather than later.
I only hope some of the Defensive recruits that are committed done flip.

What do people expect if I was a coach or a player I would think about leaving also you have some bad fans that have done nothing but down grade everything they have done this year even though they went 9-3 some still weren’t happy i wouldn’t be surprised if Dabo didn’t leave next year if the fans don’t stick with our team and support them like they should
