The only reason they will line up and play each other is to see who has the beeter team that day bc there is nothing as unimportant as a win or a loss in the first game of the season as long as our Tiger team doesn't lose another game over the rest of the year. Honestly, truthfully, I believe this we be a win for our Tigers this coming August 30th 2025. I say that we win this game bc of our talent that has i or more years under their belt that were starters or back ups to the starters that played in most or almost every game that we played last season, plus our offense should be as good as they were during our National Championship playing years. IMPO, our 2025 offense will be a really tough offense just to slow down, we will be a 21 plus points in every game that we will play in 2025, and we can take that to the bank bc that check is good!!!

Hold on and pump the breaks JUST a tad. You may forget how good the offense was with Watson at the helm. While I absolutely love what Cade brings to the table and believe in him I don't know that these guys have earned the right to be spoken of on the same level just yet. I love the upside though

Jim Caldwell, before he was a successful NFL coach was the HC at Wake in the early 90s. Here is the way he told the story.
I was on a recruiting trip so I didn't travel with the team that week. We were playing FSU. I had a connecting flight from Atlanta to Tallahassee. I was wearing my Wake Forest sweater vest. The woman standing next to me as we were preparing to board looked at me and very politely said, "Are you going to Tallahassee to go to the game tomorrow night?" I responded I was. She said, "Why? You're gonna get beat by 50." I responded, "I have to go. I'm the coach."
He ended the story there. But, I can imagine what the woman's reaction was. 😳

Unless Cade Klubnik breaks an arm or leg in late summer, I won't be as worried about this LSU game anywhere close as I did the UGA game, and the 2023 season starter was a shock to the entire Clemson fan base, Duke 28-7 over the Good Guys!!! Personally I was crushed over that loss, and I was way more mad about that loss than I was over last years lost to the coots!!!

Kelly isn't a players coach. He's an administrations coach. I've never heard any players saying they love him, but I've heard the opposite from ND players. It's hard to get your players to be all in when you aren't. He's waiting on his next opportunity.
