I lost a bet with someone over the bowl game with Syracuse and had to wear a Syracuse cap at work all day. The Tigers looked awful in that game. I read later that T West kind of lost control of the team and most of them were out partying the night before the game.

live in the real upstate ny about 10 miles from vermont.still get a little queasy thinking about that awful bowl game.think mcnab had quite a day.though i guess we've ruined a few of their's lately.

No joke. We are at this awesome venue in Jacksonville, and we all realized that we were drinking with the team. Later on we said “this can’t bode well for tomorrow”

Had a similar bet with a coworker on the 2015 ND game. He is a really big (around) guy and with the rain and all I didn’t get time to go buy a 3 or 4 XL sweatshirt while in Clemson so I brought in an orange poncho with Tiger Paws and made him wear that at work. When we played them a few years later in the playoffs I bought a very large sweatshirt for him. Can’t find the pig with him in the poncho but the I do have one of him in the sweatshirt. He’s gonna look good in orange again soon!

Class act. EJ broke a run near the end of the 2012 game that Clemson lost. Could have scored but settled for a slide about the 5 yard line. Always thought that that one play said a lot about the guy.
