Dabo, at least you could have said, our backup QB had a good day, and he led the team to win when it was in serious doubt with his starting QB having his bad game/day whatever he would call it!!!

I agree, DJ had his first bad game as a starter this season. Yes Klubnik helped us get the win, but DJ can sling it and provides the deep ball threat. He just needs to think quicker.

Can’t believe he didn’t dance around that and congratulate and recognize Cade for being a spark and leading the team to a win. It’s borderline weird. I feel so stupid showering DJ with all the praise and then he gives a performance like that. That was as bad as ANY last year. Why? And where did it come from?

Dang man get a grip. DJ can play. We’re 7-0 and got there with DJ at QB. Cade came in just like Chase did. Sometimes you have a bad day. Dabo knows what he’s doing. He doesn’t need mine or your help. Your negativity isn’t helping anybody. There’s a team in Columbia you can pull for You sound like you’d fit right in with that crowd.

Cade was a relief pitcher and our running game changed the complexion of the game. What we learned was that Cade can make some really bad plays and some good plays but can take the ball if we need him to down the stretch.

It is first game I have witnessed where by the starting QB didn’t make any good plays to contribute towards the victory. It is going be to hard to endorse DJ has a QB leading Clemson the CFB .

HOWEVER
It does prove Cade can win it even if he has his ups and downs as a backup youngster. So expect DJ to be on a shorter leash so to speak.

It's hard to win when you get no reps with the starters and no playing time. Yet, Klubnik kept Clemson undefeated in a game when DJ choked time and time again - even after a hug from Dabo.
