Listen , opposing coaches...if you are playing the Clemson softball team just know that John Rittman covets your best player(s) and he may just scoop them up after the season.

I know ultimately Rittman takes the credit but the recruiting is all Katie and Kyle.
As for the pitchers we're bringing in, and the transfers, they're coming in to work with Kyle. All these players talk and they all play travel ball together. Coaching matters.

One of the best pitchers in the country (#1 in 2027 by Elite Softball Recruiting) that is a rising Junior. Likely down to Clemson and Auburn. I'm really selling the fact that we have a lake to her. That and her NIL deal with my company will be higher if I add a Clemson location so that her mother can work when she goes on the road to see her pitch. I'm not adding an Auburn location.

I hope we get her. I thought Macie Bryant is the consensus #1 pitcher for class of 27. I don't see Bita ranked in the top 5... but then again I can't afford the pay walls sites. So maybe she is rising faster than the others. Thanks for the info if you have any.

Because she hasn't done as many non-school camps. But she has camped at Clemson, Auburn and also been to UGA, Florida, FSU, and UTK. All will offer. She was near the top of the pitch speed list at Clemson camp last year and that was after her freshman year. She was #2 pitcher (basically co-#1) on a high school state champ team as 8th grader and freshman and the primary pitcher on state runner up team as sophomore (team didnt have as good of a co-star for pitching this year). Google Bita Cox and you'll see some of her videos, accolades, etc
Right now I'd say Aiburn has slight lead but a lot will depend on how recruiting goes in this next year. Hopefully they'll be a tighter connection with a coach or player from Clemson over the next year.

Thanks. I sure hope Katie and Kyle are all over it. If not, big mistake. Yes, I've seen her videos as far back as 8th grade. I just can't subscribe to all the pay sites. But no doubt she's the real deal. May be better pitcher than Cagle. She can command all the pitches. Velo only matters every now and then. Kinda reminds me of that young lady from liberty a couple years back... just has a knack of keeping hitters guessing.
She pitched in the championship game and struck out 14 of the 29 faced. Incredible for a 15 yo. Please keep us posted. I'm all in with giving her nil whatever it takes.

No that’s not my niece. Sierra is a good pitcher as well. Hopefully she does well. My niece decided to stay at Upstate for reasons I will not disclose here. Hopefully it works out for Sierra!
