Has been mine for years and years. Dr Wilhoit actually used to come to wrestling practice and workout with the wrestlers. I think he might have wrestled at NorthWestern, could be wrong but was definitely from a quality University. He was a smaller guy and at the time I wrestled 126lb, so I actually wrestled against Wilhoit in practice many times. It was pretty cool, and he always remembered and treated me like I was his son or nephew when I came in for treatment.
That said, i got sick few wks ago, was concerned that I may have CV. What I didn't know is that Wilhoit had retired 20-30 months ago. Berkeley Fam Practice treated me like ####. They wouldn't schedule an immediate appointment, i had to log in as new patient, check dates and times available, then they would call me with multiple times and dates that might work. I was like, "WTH? I have been a patient here since late 70s early 80s, I am very concerned about my blood pressure, the nurse said maybe I needed to go to ER?!!. My immediate response was, "That is exactly what I'm trying to avoid, 40 yrs as a patient means nothing because my Dr retired, pure Horse whooey! " Pissed me off, but I guess this is America's greatest service today, you haven't been here for 2 yrs so you aren't loyal enough to be maintained as a patient.
The last place I wanted to go was the ER, the last thing I expected was to be treated as a nobody after 40yrs of using the same facility.
This practice is in Moncks Corner, I have lived in Summerville since graduation in 1993, even went to MUSC for another degree, but maintained Dr Wilhoit as my primary physician. I could have moved on long ago but I have always thought loyalty counted for something. Guess not, guess I will never get to wrestle with another Dr, although I did see a pic of Dr in the Urgent care facility from Mt Pl, that I would probably like to wrestle with!!! I will leave her name excluded.
Glad we have Clemson football Alumni that love to make us proud post school and ball. Brice E has been a pretty good fellow as well, too bad he didn't land at Clemson. I think he could have been an asset after Ford and Spiller moved on. Good job guys! Screw Berkeley Fam Practice for not have more respect for long history patients!!

I worked for a number of years with Andre's mom. There's not a better lady around . She's the reason he's the man he is today. That and his choice to be a "Clemson Man " .
