Just visited UNC this past weekend and we thought he’d take it out to signing day and the longer it lasted the better. This short commitment date isn’t the best news for the good guys. But let’s hope he went to UNC and says naaa can’t beat the tigers. I’m committing now. We shall see.

Agreed, it's either seen enough and time to commit to the Tigers, or saw what he needed from UNC (like Breese a couple years back after visiting us and calling off his Oklahoma visit).

The basketball school up north is trying their hardest to keep him “home,” where a football Saturday means getting double and triple teamed in a noon kick against Wake on Raycom in front of a 3/4 full stadium.

People typically don't like Hickey because she flips her vote constantly, often hours before a commitment, and then acts like she's super accurate. That's why. Shaw's been UNC's to lose for a while.

This was obviously a fanhood decision here...I am very happy for the kid that he is getting to go to his favorite school! Good for him and the family...But purely from a football and development perspective UNC is way behind the 8 ball in that category. Tim Cross is a some what decent recruiter but hes been in the middle of the pack if not back in development. Interesting move...

Yep jsebe10® wish nothing but the best to him. Mom wanted UNC it is what it is at this point, Clemson would have to pull a minor miracle to flip this thing at this point.
Do not think Dindy is a legit option right now, some...how should I put this stuff happened that prevented him from getting to Clemson's cookout. OU and A&M were terrified of the prospect of Dindy getting on campus according to one guy.
I would push like crazy for Curry. Curry IMO, and the coaching staff at OSU, is a top 20 player. He is OSU's top guy on the board overall, he is not Shaw but he would be a great pickup. Most likely Clemson will get an official in the Fall.
-Also keep communication open with Shaw, pound UNC in Charlotte, and see what happens. I am not sure Shaw is completely sold on UNC as the mom is.
-It also means you need to hit on guys like Burley next class.

If there was one guy we HAD to lose it should be shaw. He's talented, but we've got another year of Bresee, Capehart, tre Williams, Ruke, and Page. The cupboards are far from bare inside....and that's assuming that Tyler Davis leaves this year which isn't even close to guaranteed.
