I watched the Mickens interview and he was spot on with his comments.
Many fans have come on tnet and expressed frustration with the lack of consistent performance from the defense. A lot of it attributed to the youth behind the starters. But, come on now. Many(not all of them) were highly rated players in their own right; there is not reason to fall apart like that just because a player didn't run out there 1st.

That's the next level we must find in order to truly get to that level where we can contend. Jamal Anderson or Hoffler or Griffin - or whoever is in the game "MUST" consistently play to the standard.
