Those era's at short stop killed any hopes the entire team had of defeating a very good OSU team. Playing a team like the CowGirls, you can't give them nothing. Hopefully we get better, return to the super regionals, and just play winning softball, unlike they played last night!!! Go Tigers, I'm still proud of our Lady softball team, and they are playing way ahead of a team that's only 3 years old!!!!

Awesome season Lady Tigers I agree can't wait to next season. Just hoping now someone beats Cowgirls and Lady Sooners this season not fan of local teams playing in World Series. Let in football when Natty game is in Sugar Bowl with SEC team where you know that have the unfair advantage. Ya'll played your hearts out the Lady Tiger Softball Nation super proud

After making a humongous stride last year, our Tigers made another huge one this year.
Rittman's rigorous early season schedule helped them develop the offensive chops to contend with the big kids.
(Though I still contend that it's OU's world, and everyone else--including OK St--is a step below them.)
Congratulations, Tigers! We hope to see as many of you as possible develop even farther next year!

History making, indeed. Hosting a Regional, WINNING that

Regional, and going to a Super Regional in only the 3rd year of the program's existence? You can't overstate how huge an accomplishment that is.
We just learned a couple lessons about the Super Elite of softball. That is, you can't make mistakes against them in the field, and you must take advantage of the few chances you get on offense. The effort our Tigers gave was superb throughout.
So very proud of this first ever Senior Class of Clemson Softball. They took a flier on creating something from nothing, and they will forever be celebrated for their accomplishments. Future teams will build off the fantastic foundation they have laid out.
Congratulations to Coach Rittman, as well. New programs don't build themselves. They especially don't do it this quickly without a great vision, and being able to sell that vision to prospective players. The future for Clemson Softball is brighter right now than anyone could have ever imagined three years ago.
These Fighting Tigers will be back, tougher than ever, next year.

Yes they hurt in this game, but we wouldn't have been in the Super Regionals without Alia's bat, so I don't want to hear crp about the errors at ss !!
