Still a stupid pick. NC State? There are probably 4-5 losses that are more likely than that one. Notre Dame is probably most likely. They beat the hell out of us last year and this year look better with Sam Hartman. NC State should regress after their losses. I'd also work a bit more on editing your writing before publication.

I would take your overall projection but like everyone else, if we have one loss, I don't think it is going to be NCS.

You're right! I originally had it as perfect seasons and then last minute went back and changed it to perfect regular seasons! I should have left it with just the four perfect seasons.

Does Clemson always lose to the team that we have the "most likely chance" to lose to? I would argue that at least 50% of our losses over the last 8 years were largely unexpected.
I'd be disappointed if he said 11-1 and chose ND or FSU. That's about as boring as saying we'll go 12-0.
Besides, I would take 11-1 and losing to NCST compared to losing to ND or FSU. If we lose to either/both of them but win all of the ones "we're supposed to", then all it means is Clemson is a top 15 team but not elite. I'd rather us be elite, have some elite wins, but we got tripped up in a hostile environment to a tough team.

What are you drinking, haven't you heard the good things that's been said about our QB room, and who could step in and operate our offense actually at a high level. Maybe that's just blowing smoke, but one thing I do believe, and that is Garrett isn't no Brandon Streeter, and he realizes the risk of a QB going down, and he will have one or two of those guys in the QB ready to step in and lead the team. That I do believe!!!

7-5 is a bad prediction, with the ACC being as weak as it is. But to think that we wouldn't take a step back with our backup QBs is equally bad. The idea that Hunter Helms could have us as a playoff team seems silly to me after coming off the bench. I'm pleasantly surprised by his play from what we've seen, but he's just not that super-elite QB you need to be playoff-bound.

11-1 Probably right but I'm not sure about losing to NC State. Losing to FSU, Notre Dame, Miami most likely followed by NC State, Duke and Coots(not happening)
