in the 2nd half after being pushed by EKU. Chase, Sheff and especially JZ. He really adds an element to this team. JZ has been all over their best player Blanton.

yes, he has been solid thru out. He is a good replacement for PJ Hall. not as talented but good bigman.

It was good to see us handle that with some grit. I tuned in when we were tied up and it was great seeing them start to gain control and put EKU away.

Team has a great nucleus to build around this season.

Zachery was the MVP for sure. He shut down their best offensive player the last 7-8 minutes.

Yep. I am originally from Kentucky and keep up with the Cats. Mark Pope has done an incredible job putting a team together. Only returning player is a junior that played 0 minutes freshman year and 3 minutes Last year. Calapari and transfers took the remaining players. Crazy turnover after the coaching change.

Del Jones is really good for a freshman. Good shooter that is also a decent ball handler. This team is deep.

JZ was relentless trying to cover EK's #10. Not perfect, but man he gave it a shot which we all need to appreciate. #10 was practically a one man team.

It was a good team effort. The final score does not reflect the game.

EKU had some gamers and gave us a real game through 75-80% of the game.

Nice win. Disappointed in the student turnout tonight though.
