No, I feel like the point of view seen from earlier in the show was from Glenn, and I think maybe the point of view during The Killing scene would also be from the same person who's point of view was seen in the truck

I'm thinking it's Aaron (guy who originally brought Rick & the crew to Alexandria)....not sure if the camera showed Aaron getting another round of Negan's version of "eeny meent miney mo..." Really hope it's not Glenn

Eugene would be the obvious bet given that he said his goodbye and gave Rick the ammunition making plans, but I think that was a misdirection. Going instead with Aaron.

killing either Eugene or Aaron would be a total cop out. Neither really have deep enough ties to or the super close connection needed to Rick and the core group to facilitate the all out war that ensues because of the death.

It better not be Daryl.
If they kill him off, there will be much civil unrest.
And also, he has unfinished with the ol blonde Scarface (who's life he spared earlier in the season only to be captured by the dbag later.)
I don't think the showrunner can get away with killing Daryl.
