I say Miami. I hope they win out or only have 1 loss and we face a top 15 Miami team. The only other viable options are VT and GT and its always tough to beat the same team twice.

Don't be fooled...any team on the schedule can beat Clemson if they do not prepare! The sentiment that the Tigers are unbeatable is both wrong and dangerous if the players start to believe it. Confidence is good, but over-confidence leads to upsets, as teams start to feel they can coast to a victory. This WF game has trap game written all over it. I watched some of the WF/FSU game and WF should have won it and they looked really good. I do not expect this to be a blowout and I doubt Dabo does either. I hope the players are not reading the press or any of these score predictions. I still remember the Pitt loss that I feared would sink our NC hopes. Fortunately it was the spark that caused Clemson to start playing like a championship team. I hate when great teams become complacent!

In ACCCG's we were involved in that were rematches, the team that won the previous game in the season won the ACCCG as well.
In all ACCCG's that were rematches twice the team that won earlier in the season won, and twice they lost.

Another interesting fact with that, the team that won previously in the year and lost in the champ game was Boston College for both occasions.
Meaning that only two teams have met a team they previously played in the season in the championship game.

"Leave No Doubt Volume: 3" Clemson @ NCSU.
The previous 2 volumes were also road games: Volume:1 @ U of L - Clemson 47 U of L 21 & Volume: 2 @ VT - Clemson 31 VT 17.
Both Volumes 1 and 2 were not even as close as those scores indicate. I expect lights out defense against the NCSU offensive gameplan of player #1, and our offensive line can actually block/Kelley Bryant is not a 159 pound QB making his first start. Top that off with Dave Doeren's comments in his post game coaching show in regards to their gameplan last year was to take Gallman out and they did just that (with a dirty hit). It is not going to be pretty for the Pack.

That's what I've been wanting to talk about, but I know it's too soon. I understand we don't have an easy path, despite what the media seems to think. WF, NC State, GT and FSU are going to bring their A games. As long as we bring our A game, we'll be fine, but we could have a slip. So understanding it's too soon and there's a lot of football to play, I'm trying to decide which teams to pull for in ACC matchups so that our resume is as strong as possible at the end of the season (because of course my pulling for them will give them a better chance of winning).
Who should I pull for this week?
Louisville @ NC State Thurs
Miami @ FSU Saturday
