I think everyone wanted DJ to be successful. I think he’s still the same QB he was at Clemson with a softer defensive conference. Glad he’s doing well regardless of where he plays.

Couldn’t have been any worse than under Streeter. If anything, would have given Cade more time to grow.

the offense he's playing under at OSU is the one he needs

to a T: great OLine, great RB, speed at WR and more than one threat, plus a Head Coach that wants to run the ball but also wants to punish people by going downfield when the D starts to creep up.
couldn't be a better match.

Congratulations to DJ!
Much different offensive system at Oregon State. Takes snaps under center, either hands the ball 🏈 off, or drops back for a pass. Pro style. Not making RPO’s on every play. Throwing quite a few deep balls, completing some. Not constantly throwing long sideline patterns across the field for five yards, or WR screens. Sideline passes and screens still often sail high out of bounds. Occasional QB runs, straight ahead, not wide runs.
OSU basically has an offense tailored to DJ’s strengths. Unlike our wide open offense that requires a quick QB, and quick multiple decisions on each play. Simpler offense.
Glad to see a Clemson Grad doing well out West! Go DJ!
Go Tigers, Beat Miami!

Actually not true we wanted to succeed but when he couldn't. We wanted to start Cade early to get it going. Even with bad loss to Tennessee . Had Cade played USC game at least second would have got the win. Probably would have knocked TCU out of 4.

Two things I'll say about CDS, he never bad mouths anyone. And he always wishes the best for everyone he comes into contact with. Admirable qualities.

Sure, thin-skinned babies might cry over these terribly harsh statements. Give me a break.

He's had some good games and some bad games, just like at Clemson. But he's played well the last 2 games (Cal 76%) and UCLA (58.3% but his receivers had some bad drops). I hope he plays well the rest of the season and makes the NFL.

I knew he would be good in PAC 12 they don't play defense there. Bo Nix rocked there once left Auburn. In PAC 12 only handful of teams play strongth defense. Even the low SEC and ACC team still show up on defense.
