Can we claim eminent domain on ESPN?

Having the best home schedule in all of football for the 2026 season got me to thinking. Can Clemson pick who we want on campus for the broadcasts by claiming eminent domain or whatever that is?

It would be cool if we could cherry-pick the best broadcast teams and keep guys like Scott Van Pelt off campus. I pretty much despise everyone from Maryland after Becky Cantilla stood me up for the homecoming dance in only her third week at my school after moving in from Maryland and he’s always like ““oooh look at me, I’m tall and can see over people”. He stepped on my foot at a golf tournament a few years ago and never apologized. There is no place for people like that at Clemson.

Eminent domain is a governmental power to seize private property for public use, provided the owner is fairly compensated.
