Maybe in your world, where every issue has a binary answer / solution, you might think that’s what Jeffery Sachs is saying.

But once again, you are wrong, this is not what Sachs is saying.

So, can you tell us how he is wrong?

When the bill comes, the consumer blames the credit card company (i.e., the student loan bank) for allowing them to run up such a bill (i.e, student loan debt).

Sorry you couldn't connect the dots on that one.

unless you are selling goods back to those companies. Spending money with credit cards that you don't have is more like government deficit spending.
