Sorry dude, it's highly likely that I'm much stronger than you. Not claiming I'm the strongest person or a bad ####, but I am much stronger than the average American male. I was skinny as a youth, and when I see people from my youth that haven't seen me in years they are surprised by how much muscle I have added over the years. So highly unlikely you could do anything to me if challenged me. Most likely I would just shove you to the ground and tell you take your loss like a man without even punching you.

There is a reason why they are prescribed so heavily. I'm sure you're embarrassed to ask your doctor for a prescription. Do you have a male or female doctor? I get it...the approach is obviously different if you're concerned about embarrassing yourself by asking.
First of all, set up an appointment for a "check-up" or a physical...something very basic so you don't tip off the receptionist or scheduler who is setting your appointment. I can only tell you my experience with a female doctor so I'll leave it up to you to determine a strategy you're comfortable with if your doctor is a man.
I set up the initial appointment as described above and as expected, the look on her face was a mix between intrigue and ridicule. I could tell the rest of the appointment was going to be brutal and I'd never be able to visit this doctor again. As you might expect, she wanted details as to why I thought I needed a prescription, was I depressed, what was I eating lately, blah, blah, blah. After going through all of that, she was still giving me a hard time because I'm a pretty young guy and I guess it's less common to prescribe these drugs to guys in their 30's. Anyway, she asks one last question about when it started and if I could hold an erection in private and whatnot and then she asked me drop my pants so she can inspect. After a little ball play, she went down for a closer look. It moved.
The copay was $50.

With such a low pulse you are definitely coot which means you definitely can't afford boner pills out of pocket, hence the inquiry about generic brand.
Step one: tell doc you get up to pee several times a night. He will give you Flomax.
Step two: return to doc and say you still have trouble with urgency and hesitancy. He will increase dose of Flomax.
Step three: return to doc and say increased dose didn't help and now you can't get it up. He can now prescribe Cialis
and insurance will be required to cover it for refractory BPH.
Step 4: get a vasectomy so we don't get any more worthless coots in this world (assuming your lady is human...or a lady)
