Georgia won in everything except turnovers and score. Ball protection was the difference as it usually is in big games.

ND destroyed the left side of UGA’s O-line.
That was the reason why UGA was so weak overall on offense.
It sure didn’t help UGA when their WR dropped that easy uncontested long bomb pass.
UGA QB Gunner Stockton actually played a very good game, considering the terrible blocking from the left side, especially LT and former Clemson target Monroe Freeling. As usual, Trevor Etienne played to down to the standard that is associated with overrated big name recruits.

Stats were pretty close. ND had more rush yds, slight edge in time of possession, 3rd down conversions, sacks, and better special teams.
