went to Walgreeens pick up my Statins. The woman in front of the line was busy arguing with the pharmacy tech, "I have been on the this medication for 17 years, I have never been to a pharmacy that was out of it", pharmacy tech, "it is mostly our generics, we are out of stock, we can let you know when we have more, ....."can you check another store", ..."We have already ordered, all our locations are out of stock, we may be able to get you a partial prescription on momday, we advise that you order several days in advance moving forward, would you like me set you up on auto-refill?", she storms off
Anyway paid for my Shyatt, decided I wanted a Red Bull, went to pay for it up front, and this woman was not done complaining, caught the tail end of it, Check-out lady "Half this country is xanax cause a bunch of you folks thought people wuz eating cats and dogs, now we are running out of everything"
She ran out in a huff

yeah, I would advise caution on the roads in my neck of the woods. But most of our generics are made in china, as I am sure most are aware. With the disruptions in our supply chains, shelves will start going empty soon, There was a link to that posted yesterday.

I think it's India for the finished products, but a lot of precursors and most by weight come from China. That trade is vital to keeping us from falling outside of the top 50 countries in life expectancy. Well, with RFK in charge of health, we'll be out the top 50 soon enough anyway,
