Why is the NFL not more excited about Scott?

I don't get this draft. Did we imagine winning the national title?

No. It deosnt matter. NFL is drafting players not entire team.
When you see the number of OSU and Alabama players taken, it shows you what a great "team" this NC team was.

I understand that. If UNC was that talented in football, they would have played us in the championship game. This draft is garbage.

Because in all honestly Tay is not as good as we Clemson fans like to think. He ran slow, has trouble getting separation, undersized.
He's probably around 6th round talent

There was a reason why he was the one that

would maybe come back. Since he graduated, I still think he made the right move. He probably wasn't going to get 2-3 inches taller with another year here.

I think what has been upsetting about this draft is the biased adoration for the Alabama and Ohio State players among others and the constant critical comments on our players. Current and future recruits are watching and forming impressions about their college choices. We beat Alabama and Ohio State with inferior talent according to these scouts. I don't think so.

If you look at Switzer logically, then HE is what made Trabisky go so high in the draft. He separates as well as our own Renfrow IMO. I would honestly pick Switzer over Tay, and I think Tay has lots of potential in the NFL.

Scott isn't a great NFL prospect IMO.

He played a role in college that isn't really used in the NFL. He's not an NFL wideout, he would need to work the middle of the field from the slot, and that's not something he did much of in college either.

The NFL better get used to more like Scott because colleges are going more to the spread offenses.
