But the costs for climate mitigation in roads, bridges, buildings and developmen

… have significantly increased in the last 35 years. Tax dollars have been used to support the public infrastructure investment. Higher residential and commercial real estate costs along with higher insurance costs have impacted those living and working in South Florida.

It is worse than ever though for whatever reason people want to attribute it to. The building are sinking and then the flooding is a lot worse as well.

well without the moon, our coastal ecosystems would collapse, and it has been doing exactly the same thing for the last billion years or so. I think this has more to do with the 8 inches of sea level rise since 1880, expect another 10-12 by 2050 when the lower half of South Carolina has tuned into swamp due to excessive rain and the complete destruction of the barrier islands.

Miami is not under water ……. YET.
Go ahead and buy property in FL.
Miami will be under water. Just a question of when.
After you buy your Miami property go chat with a senior insurance exec and ask them when your property will be under water.
