He's a guy who believes in impoundment, and wants to obliterate the separation of powers that gives Congress control of the purse.
Combine that with Musk and his band of racists helping him, and you'll see an attack on our constitution unlike anything you've seen in recent decades, as Trump basically tries to ignore congress on any spending issue.
This will get ugly, and I hope we survive it. The courts have to weigh in, and the people have to stay engaged.
