Have to wonder the same thing. I have a lot of experience with this and have noticed some tendencies. If so I'm happy for him for overcoming.

Anything you are picking up on in his interviews is anxiety. It's his first high profile coaching position and he is trying to make it happen. Unfortunately for him, at the cursed SCar, he has mission impossible. He is just stressed to the max and it is showing up in how he presents himself.
