It was an emotional, down-to-the-wire comeback win. If we didn't have the GATP tradition, I wouldn't blame the fans for pouring onto the field after that one. (I pretty much just poured onto the floor.) The announcers wanted to build up the undefeated Orange, and then acted like "Hey, it's just Syracuse" at the end.
I swear some of these announcers can't stand it when Clemson wins. I'm surprised McDonough didn't claim Clemson was running up the score with that last field goal.
