FWIW as of this moment, Clemson is in the tourney as an 8 seed in LA.
Coots are projected a 5 seed playing in Detroit.

On the ACC Network just now they were talking about Joe Lunardi only having 3 teams in the NCAA tournament from the ACC so far and Clemson is in as of today...a 6th seed and #24 overall

And yet the Cards' coach had a good strategy. Can't shoot, then crash the offensive boards. It worked for a while. Brownell's response seemed to be hoping his players started shooting better. It nearly cost him late in the game.

Lol we were up 4 and nearly turned it over on the in bounds play. I can assure you there were thousands of doubters at that point.

Lunardi’s automatic qualifiers are based on current standings. At that point we were 1-0 in conference.

Lunardi is historically not very good when it comes to getting seeding right, though BracketMatrix also has us 6 right now. Of note the two 6s ahead of us are Texas and Utah which would theoretically bode well for keeping us on the east coast (Boston) in the event the team catches fire from 3 again and makes it out of the first weekend.
