We had water bottles thrown at us from the upper deck at last year's FSU game. It was definitely aimed at Clemson fans and injured a Clemson lady in the head. Not to mention the awful comments; thus, definitely not FSU.

When they were an FCS power, the fans were always cocky and saying they could beat anybody at any time. Moving up to FBS has brought their expectations down to a normal level.

I went to Wrestling camp at App St for three Summers while in hs. Beautiful campus and nice people.
However if people say Clemson is in the middle of nowhere... App St up in Boone, NC takes that to a whole new level

I like Auburn fans and actually UCLA. I went to Los Angeles for vacation one time and all the people around campus were incredibly nice and helpful

Every trip to Auburn has been great. The fans are so much like Clemson. However, their parking has to be the worse in college football

The hard thing about answering this is that one tends to only select teams that we normally beat (or could beat if we played them, or teams that we would never play). Because of that, I would say I hate all the fans of teams that we play that could possibly beat us, and only like the fans of those teams we will always beat, or never play.
There is one exception to that - since we will always beat the coots, I still hate their fans, so they don't get a pass.

They had a little stretch where the got us a couple of times. Can't remember the year but it was an away game and it was drizzling rain and they had us beat and on the last drive we came back and won. I can't remember if it was an intercepted pass or a good reception. We have friends that live in Greensboro and they both graduated from wake. When we play their they buy the tickets and stay with them. We recripicate when we are at home. Everyone was cold and wanted to leave the game as it looked apparent that clemson was going to lose and I told them I don't leave games early and as long as time is on the clock there is always a chance we can come back. Great game

Definitely Wake Forest. I have always been treated well there. Last fall, their band played Tiger Rag before the game. Very classy.

Clemson of the West. Salt of the earth, hell raising, ear splitting volume in Autzen. Tailgate like crazy, and drink a beer with you. Been to a bunch of their games and they are good folks.

Penn St. I know I'll get a lot of flack but we played Oklahoma in the citrus bowl and the fans and the coaches were a$$holes. The next year we played Penn State. What a refreshing and enjoyable experience. They were great during and after the game. They even came to the Boola (sp) party and partied and even participated in some of our chants. Wake Forest people are really nice too. Carolina, Georgia, Oklahoma and lsu are the worst fans I have ever experienced

I've always had great experiences with VT fans. They're generally knowledgeable and treat opposing team's fans well in my experience. That said, I've yet to find a fan base that shows hospitality to the opposing team the way Clemson does.
Also, I still have quite a few places to visit, but no place that I've been to has come close to matching the Clemson tailgate scene (includes Auburn, UGA, VT, FSU, SC, GT, Miami).
Some of the places still on my bucket list include Ole Miss, LSU, Bama, Texas, UF, Tennessee, Ohio St., Notre Dame, Nebraska (great experience with their fans in Gator bowl)
