Are any of these terms actually enforceable? Can Tamu sue him for breach if he doesn’t perform or gets injured?

He is a former 5-star who signed with Texas Tech of all places. He obviously got a fat bag of cash to sign there, and then bounced after one year. There is a 100% chance that he is just using the portal as a way to jump around and make more money.
