He is a former 5-star who signed with Texas Tech of all places. He obviously got a fat bag of cash to sign there, and then bounced after one year. There is a 100% chance that he is just using the portal as a way to jump around and make more money. I'd bet my house that he will be back in the portal next year shopping around for another ridiculous NIL payday.
