It is crazy how sooooo many Trumpers are conspiracy theorists. They see a conspiracy in everything.

Based on the elaborate attempt by the Biden inner circle to try to coverup that which was incapable of being covered up--Biden's mental decline, it's not surprising that there are questions regarding the timing of the release of Biden's prostate cancer diagnosis.
If Biden as an 82 yr old was treated as virtually every 82 yr old man, no PSA and no digital rectal exam, it is not surprising that this diagnosis was just made. There are really no early warning symptoms of prostate cancer and without PSA testing and the DRE, the disease may present in a far advanced stage.
However, if Biden was treated as President of the United States and not just some random 82 yr old man, I would expect that lots of tests have been performed to evaluate his health that aren't routinely administered to other elderly men. Trump at 78 recently had a PSA of 0.1, so he was tested despite being out of the age range recommended for early detection of prostate cancer.
For now, I will take them at their word, but there is a very good reason that others are questioning the timing of this diagnosis. For years, the Biden inner circle with the media complicit, claimed Biden was just fine mentally, when we KNOW he wasn't.
Go listen to the Axios audio of the interview with Biden. Hur told the absolute truth about Biden's mental state.
When you lie and when you lie about big things even, it's to be expected that people have doubts.
The facts are everything about Biden's cancer diagnosis may be completely correct, but it's also possible that this current conspiracy theory may prove to be more than a theory.
The good out of this is that more younger men will hopefully begin prostate cancer screening.
The below article I think is where I stand.

My doctors have told me I probably already had it a year or more before I started having any symptoms. And if it hadn’t been for a persuasive fiancé who noticed issues, I probably still wouldn’t have been diagnosed. (Struggling to urinate, getting up in the night trying to urinate, etc) but thankfully mine is only stage 2 and not aggressive at all.

I'm glad you're doing well and hopefully will continue to do well.
African-American men because they tend to develop prostate cancer at a younger age, may have more aggressive variants and have a much higher incidence of prostate cancer should have an initial screening PSA as early as age 40.
All men with a family history of a first degree relative with prostate cancer should likewise consider screening as early as age 40 and the same applies if a man has two extended family members with a history of prostate cancer.
Otherwise the standard recommendations are to screen at ages 55-69. It's outside of the recommendations, but I personally would recommend beginning at age 50 and would also recommend the few seconds of discomfort to have a digital rectal exam to pick up the few nodules of an aggressive prostate cancer that are sometimes missed with PSA testing. If you're healthy, I personally would continue screening well into the 70's.
The symptoms you describe are much more commonly observed with benign prostatic hyperplasia which is just the enlargement of the prostate which occurs in virtually every man as we age. There are no early symptoms of prostate cancer which is why screening is so important.
Good can come out of every bad situation. I hope Biden has a high quality life ahead of him and that having a President with this disease will refocus attention on this disease.

Yep, and that’s how mine was diagnosed. Otherwise, I’d still probably have no clue I have cancer.
