I'll put this chicken sammie up against any fast food chicken sammie any day. Just Bare chicken breast in airfryer, tossed in Frank's and butter, and topped with pickles and some fuggin' killer blue cheese dressing that I make.
The Popeye's fried chicken breast is a better, less healthy base than airfryed chicken, and if I had a fresh one of those on hand, it'd be unbeatable, but for what I gots at home...this is tits.

I don't measure, so this is all approximations.
1 cup of Dukes is your base
tsp of dijon mustard
couple dashes or Worcestershire
tsp (or two) of red wine vinegar
2 TBS of buttermilk (seems like about how much I'm adding)*
1/2-1 tsp of finely minced garlic
couple dashes of your favorite hotsawce
salt to taste
lots of fresh cracked black pepper
sometimes I add a lil sour cream, but not necessary
Mix that all up real nicelike. If it's too thin, add a LITTLE more Duke's, but it thickens up when you add the BC.
add 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese or gorgonzola, stir it up real nicelike again.
Profit.
*I've found buttermilk is THE make or break ingredient here; if you're not going to use buttermilk, don't even fuck with this recipe. The tang is what really sets this dressing off. I love tang.

They almost universally know that eating moldy food is abnormal and disgusting. Even the fetid smell and spoiled flavor of blu cheese says “seriously, don’t eat this”.
Somehow along the way, a portion of the population , in a real “Emperors new clothes” kind of way, have bought the story that it’s a delicacy.

blue cheese off that. If they didn't charge more than one SS check for an ounce of the Roguefort dressing I'd only eat that.
I use to make blue cheese. Sam's Club sold a large container of the BC made by mormons, quakers or some other isolated religious folk and it was pure delight. THey quit selling it ~2 yrs ago.
I don't eat chicken and bread together anyway.

I ain't pretending it's on the same level as a well-done ACTUAL fried chicken breast, like Popeye's or mebbe a Bojangles or Hardee's (not oversalted overrated stuff like CFA or Zaxby's). I'm just sayin', if I had access to a fresh-fried Popeye's sammie tiddie and could dress it up in these clothes, I'd at least be invisible, and possibly even time-travel.

I personally would consider making my own mayo, certainly fry my own chicken, and would consider fermenting my own chilis to make my own hot sauce. And certainly would make my own buns.
